10 Year Warranty
This product is warranted for 10 year from date of purchase to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Should your machine fail to operate due to equipment malfunction for normal usage and ware, we will advise you of the necessary procedure to repair the machines and replace any parts if necessary. Repaired parts during the first calendar year (from the time of delivery) will be covered 100%. Repaired parts in years two through ten will be covered with a 50% deductable. During the warranty period, any merchandise requiring replacement or repair by our factory must be sent prepaid. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the equipment, use contrary to operating instructions, or disassembly, repair alteration by any person other than an authorized manufacturer's representative.
Lifetime Vandalism Fire and Theft Agreement
All equipment is insured subject to a $1500.00 deductible, per machine, against any loss due to vandalism, fire and theft to the original purchaser if claim is accompanied by loss statement and police report.
